How do I get to JAGO Gili Air?
Take a fast boat from Bali (Padang Bai or Serangan) or a short public boat from Bangsal Harbour in Lombok to Gili Air Harbour. From the harbour, JAGO is an easy 5–7 minute walk — Gili Air is car-free, so just follow the path into the heart of the island, or hop on a cidomo (horse cart).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Arriving early or leaving late? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Is breakfast included?
Yes — a fresh daily breakfast with tropical fruit, local flavours and good coffee is included with every stay.
Do the villas have private pools?
Yes. Both the One-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa have their own private pools. The Superior Bungalows overlook the main shared pool and gardens.
